Q1 2026: Foundation Complete ✅
What we've shipped:

- Mobile app with map, mining, wallet, and profile screens
- Business Portal with analytics dashboard
- Rewards and offers system with redemption codes
- Stripe subscription billing for businesses
- Anti-cheat system with GPS verification
- Comprehensive test suite (44+ tests passing)
Q2 2026: Beta Launch 🚧

- VPS deployment with Docker, Nginx, and SSL

The goal is to make location-based rewards as ubiquitous as traditional loyalty programs — and then surpass them.
